(1) For any person who violates applicable laws and regulations or this Agreement; or disseminates any
content that infringes, impairs, or threatens the rights or security of others; or impersonates others,
Ruijie has the right, at its sole discretion, to take appropriate legal measures to prevent dissemination
of the related content according to the law, including but not limited to: removing any illegitimate,
infringing or improper content from the Services; terminating the membership of the person who commits any
such wrong doings; preventing the person from using all or part of the Services, keeping record of the
related information, and reporting to the competent departments according to laws and regulations.
(2) The Services of this Site can only be used via an Internet connection. You shall be responsible for
paying related expenses on your own such as communication fees and information fees arising from Internet
connections or charged by third parties.
(3) You agree that Ruijie may send you advertising, promotional or marketing information

VII. Force Majeure
Ruijie will not be liable to you for any delay or failure to provide Services by this Site for reasons

riots, material shortages or rationing, insurrections, acts of war, acts of government, communication or
other infrastructure failures or accidents resulting in serious casualties.
VIII. Modification to this Agreement
(1) Ruijie has the right to modify this Agreement in accordance with changes in laws and regulations and
its own operational needs. If there are any changes to this Agreement, Ruijie will notify users via an
announcement on this Site (or by providing a link on the registration page). The revised agreement will
come into force and replace the original agreement once it is announced on this Site.
(2) Users are obliged to keep reading, from time to time, the latest version of this Agreement and
announcement provided on this Site. Upon an update is announced, any user who does not agree with the

to limit or otherwise affect the terms of this Agreement.
